We had a years-long erosion problem along the front of our Granbury property — a gully that kept getting deeper with every heavy rain. 3BW Excavation reshaped the swale, regraded the ditch, and put in stone armoring at the culvert ingress and egress points. The first real rain event after the work was the test, and the drainage performed exactly as designed: no turbulence, no churning, no new erosion. Dennis and Jordan did a fantastic job if clearing our land for us in cleburne. They listened to what we had to say and offered suggestions. Did great at taking out trees doing water line and widening driveway and getting foundation ready for us to put pad down. 3B Excavation did a great job extending our backyard and creating a good slope around the house for water drainage. I wanted a shooting bay constructed to NRA specs. Safety is the number one priority. I had one company give me an estimate.Then Dennis with 3B came out and offered to do the same job for half the price. Dennis also offered ideas and suggestions that improved my original plan. He even moved a pile of debris and pile of dirt making a circle around drive path.. It’s far more than I expected. And I don’t think I have ever seen anyone as skilled at operating equipment as Dennis and his crew. And last but definitely not the least. I now consider Dennis a friend. Just bought our first acreage that was covered in overgrowth and downed trees in desperate need of some TLC. Dennis came out and walked the property twice with me helping us decide what needed to be done to make it usable & also correct water runoff issues we were having.
